Failed communication about taxes... I should not have to wait for "processing" for several months without a follow up. Filed with them once and didn't have a problem, filed a second time and all I get is I'm on vacation, or some other excuse.. All they had to do is provide me with info so I can check the IRS myself and I would prolly have know what was going on. Sorry, but I don't recommend
