Great service and easy to get help when you need
I went to Liberty Tax this morning and was helped by Brittany B. She took the time to reach out to the IRS and helped me figure out some things about my deceased mother’s tax return .She took her time and never once complained ! It took us a while to figure out what exactly was going on by calling the IRS but she made sure we took care of everything that was needed so I could get answers on why the IRS has my moms account on hold ! She’s very sweet and she’s going to get the job done ! Thank you Brittany !

I went to Liberty in February and filed my mother’s taxes because she passed on . Nancie filed her taxes for me and messed everything up for me . Here we are in the first month of June and still no tax check ! I will never do business here again ! I was already hesitant about using this company ! ( I am the same person that posted under Eternity’s name I didn’t realize I used the wrong email to post this !)
