After years of going to the same accounting firm for our taxes, I decide to stay closer to home and try a new tax service. I called Liberty and spoke with Melissa who offered up several time & date options for services. I went with an in person appointment instead of just dropping off our forms. This was my first time getting my taxes done by liberty tax service. My tax agent, Jose Praxedis found an error in my previous tax returns that were done by another accountant. The previous tax accountant had filed my taxes in such a way that I owed money when I actually should not have. Liberty tax will be helping me file an amendment so that I can get my money back.
