Edited my review: Liberty Tax corporate assigned us an account rep that is helping us fix the mistakes of the former franchisee. Our rep apologized profusely and seemed very much in agreement that the former franchisee was incompetent. Change me review to 5 stars for the subject matter expert from corporate that is helping us.
Having to change my review. Contracted with Liberty to file form 8832 to help optimize taxes for our business. Paid for service, signed IRS form, and expected it to be taken care of. Fast forward a few years we start getting letters from the IRS. Obviously, we take the letter to Liberty and were told no big deal, and that they would take care of it. Still getting letters. Apparently, we haven't been filing our taxes correctly in the eyes of the IRS since Liberty Tax didn't do the services they were contracted for. In trying ... read more
