DO NOT GO HERE. first and foremost I never in my life heard that they are only in the office by an appointment only! ALSO they aren’t open till 7PM like it states online it says on the door open till 4PM. I drive up there yesterday it was 4:30 not knowing they closed at 4PM so I was upset about it because online it says 7PM. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Had the most horrible encounter with a staff member name James. He was extremely rude! After coming up here for the second time this man told me the price of everything and when I said I didn’t want to file he get angry and showed me a small sign about a $50.00 fee that I was not charged when the other gentleman first entered my tax information in the system & for him to try to charge me when he wasn’t the one who entered any of my information or even explain the break down of my t... read more
Don't go here Ms. Rita Richardson is the worst. She's very unprofessional and unpleasant. She doesn't know how to prepare taxes properly. If she done your taxes I would suggest you have someone to look over them.
Loved my experience here! They are so friendly and I received my tax return after a week.
