This place is usually very good to me but this experience was not. Robert Quinn was nice at first then became very rude with his tone. I had to point out where my tips were located on the tax form. I’ve never had issues with this place before. At some point he even said “let me step off my high horse” after getting an attitude. Contemplated leaving in the middle of the appointment. Will not be coming back.
Worst tax place I’ve ever dealt with. I drove 2 hours to file my return and apply for a loan they advertise. Despite clearly telling him on the phone and again before he started my taxes what I wanted, he went ahead and selected a $100 advance I did NOT request. He completely ignored me. I was never informed of the filing fees, even though I asked. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, it took 90 minutes for him to finally get someone on the phone. The place is horrible. Overcharging. Place is closed. I’m trying get my refund for 8 months . Don’t go there,is no help.
If I could give negative reviews I would. Most unprofessional group ever! My husband was jerked around the day he filed and told different things then come to find out they didn’t even file his taxes and 8 days later he called to see why it wasn’t showing up on the IRS website. We will never do business with such an unprofessional place again. So many issues and charge way too much. Just stay home and do TurboTax
