Honestly won’t be going to liberty tax for my tax needs anymore, and if I do it definitely won’t be this location. I never had an issue until going to this specific location and the previous review I did leave was pressured by the associates. I’ve been going to liberty tax for years, not anymore.
Came in February 2or 3rd to file. Told me they didn't have to put in my bank interest because it wasn't much dollar amount. Trusting your employee knew what was best . Then I get a letter from IRS saying that they received documents from my interest and they weren't documented in my tax filings. Had to go back and have you make corrections to IRS. Instead of getting my refund in a few weeks, I had to wait 5 months for my refund. Just received it .
