Dropped off my taxes here for 2020 tax return to be prepared. Received call taxes were done and ready for signature. Stopped by office and signed return electronically and Heather submitted return. She didn’t explain anything and was rude when I tried to ask questions. I paid for services but then I received no documentation. Heather told me to stop back by in a few days and she would fix a folder of documentation. After stopping back by office three more times without receiving documents, she emailed me copy!?!
