I've tried many other tax places but this is by far the worst. Months ago tried to do my taxes, no answer no response no email. I emailed them many times and called many times my girlfriend called them many times and emailed many times no answer. Finally I made an appointment for today at 11:00 am, days ago, only to find that the sign on the door says not available till 1130. The worst ever.
Unfortunately I dropped off my paperwork weeks ago and haven't heard a word back from these folks. Why the neglect? And now it is 2 weeks before the 15th. Very poor mgmt. I need to go pickup my paperwork and find another company quick. They also didn't send in the form that showed we sold a home which led to the IRS sending us a bill for over $300k.
