Não recomendo, o negócio da empresa e receber o dinheiro, mas a experiência como cliente pra mim é pessima. Tive que refazer documentos que foram preenchidos errados pelos próprios e senti 0 empatia
This is the second year I chose liberty tax to handle my taxes , and I can’t express how great they handled my taxes, Kelly is so friendly and welcoming , the experience was very friendly.
I Had appointment, very rude the husband of Kelly. If I can give zero star I will. No customers services in his bone….don’t go there, loud music coming from upstairs, the place is trashed…staffs include Kelly husband not professional. He was yelling and telling everyone they are tired. Then close dump place down, go home.
