I was charged a fee that I was never informed would be deducted from my refund that was direct deposited to my bank. I've spoke to people claiming they'll refund this fee but when I expressed that I don't feel that I should have to wait until next week to receive my money (I've been waiting since the 15th since he finally agreed to pay me) he then informed me they wouldn't give me anything back.
