I arrived for my scheduled 4:00 PM tax appointment and was informed upon arrival that the assigned tax professional was unavailable. I waited in the office for approximately 45 minutes while staff attempted to reach her. During that time, I did not receive an update, apology, or check-in regarding the delay. This was an efficient stress free experience. i consulted with the manager Renee and then Lilian who completed my taxes. Both were good communicaters with decades of experience between them. Lilian was personable and a ray of sunshine who made the experience enjoyable and fun! It was above my expectations and vastly different from the dry humorless cpa i'd used previously.
