These people are all extremely unprofessional. I ignored several red flags during my initial meeting and decided to move forward with this team. After 2 and a half weeks of holding on to all of my tax documents, and overlooking a few of my emails to them, they decided to give all my documents back to me with nothing completed. When I would call to ask follow up questions they were all extremely rude and impatient. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY from these people.
Jeneen and the entire team at Liberty Tax Dedham are amazing-who says this about their tax experience? This group truly cares about your financial health, educating you/their customers, and they are extremely personable. Jeneen knows her stuff!!! I have a tricky tax situation and she/the team spent a great deal of time with me (late on a Saturday!) advising best practices. Highly highly recommend this team with all your tax needs! I had an amazing experience with the staff member Freddy. He was very efficient, and made me very comfortable. I am definitely coming back next year to have him do my taxes.
Jeneen is awesome at what she does! She makes doing my taxes fun and Jeneen is really funny but she's a professional. This is my tax spot. My partner also loves it at Liberty Tax. Do yourself a favor and get your taxes done here. Jeneen is the best!
