Liberty tax in Clyde Ohio is terrible. I spoke to a woman a couple nights ago who told me to come in at 6:00 for a walk in. I come in tonight at 6:00 p.m. I asked her if she can look at my taxes and she says "my desk is not empty" (those were the first words she said to me since I walked in the door). I look at her desk which no one was sitting at. And then she says "just because no one's there doesn't mean we're not doing taxes. We do taxes 24/7". The staff was polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
Great place to go! Staff were super welcoming. Very professional, polite and knew what they were doing. They prepared my taxes and I couldn't be more pleased with the turnout.
Best places to get taxes done! Cory and Mary have been very helpful in helping me file business taxes for the first time! I couldn’t have done it without their help! I won’t go anywhere else or to anyone else to get taxes done!
