I have been using Liberty for 10+ years. This was by far the worse experience by far. They were oblivious to solar tax credit. Didn't know any answers to my questions. Never answered the phone or respond to voice mails. Told me the April 15th tax day was for everyone and not just people who owed money. Tried telling me I was going to be penalized for filing late. After 3 weeks and I don't know how many trips to the office I walked out. Like I said I've filed there for over 10 years. I file the same way every year. Every year... read more
