Worst experience ever! My husband and I had been going to Gary for years and we've never had a problem until this year. We had to get our tax return amended do to his lack of carelessness. He seems so nonchalant about helping us and it's pissing me off. I've called corporate to get answers but no help. We will be contacting the IRS to report him. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Gary guy is so rude. I called and asked if they were open and he said I’ve had a lot of sick call ins over the years and I’m not ready for taxes yet and I don’t care who don’t like it. 🙄 I was like do what? What’s your name, he said it doesn’t really matter but it’s Gary and I’m the owner. Then he hangs up on me 😩 yall better not go here, yall gone get got with your tax money.
