Service good in the first start after that it badly they not do good waiting for answers for long keep calling them again and again it my bad experience I hope it will change for next time.
Terrible service the last couple years. They screwed our taxes up last year, had to file an amended tax form. Didn't get out refund until September. Twice now I've made an appointment and nobody is at the office. I'm done with them!
Went to the alvin location at 530pm like my appointment said , i show up and door is locked and no one is there.
Online appointment drove from Galveston NO ONE THERE!!!
