My local store in Harlingen closed and I needed a copy of my last year's statement and Nitty or Neddy from Mission branch offered to send a portal so I could send information to get my last year's statement which saved me a 45 minute drive which another branch I called earlier didn't offer very awesome service from the lady I spoke to from Mission store. Greatly appreciated
Don't stop here!!! , twice already have stopped just to see a completely empty office , while they have a guy outside promoting liberty tax, just for them to say they are "too busy" ! They want quick money first couple months and then chill and relax after while being " open" probably for corporate to see operations.
