Unprofessional and negligent , a simple tax return gone wrong, no one reached out to inform me about the situation , once I reached out to library tax i was meet with excuses and no manager taking accountability , the area manager was particularly useless and became aggressive never file with this group you are not there priority and have little to no interest in helping you , as you can see by the response they take zero accountability
