I am very disappointed with the service I received from Liberty Tax. Not only were there errors made on my tax return that caused problems with my state taxes, but the customer service was also poor. The employee who assisted me was unfriendly, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome. During my visit, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly compared to other customers, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
