My experience has declined. I received a letter stating I owed more money for a MN State Tax Return for 2022 . I believe there is a limit of 3 yrs. It is now 4 yrs. I am trying to get some assistance however this office is now only open 2 days a week and with limited hours. I am not paying the amt without first getting an honest answer first. I have chosen to find a new tax preparation company to make a new change When you hope a company is doing your tax correctly and this happens. Trust is greatly diminished.
This was as my first time here. I uploaded my info yesterday which was super quick and super easy. They said 2-3 days and I'd get a call back. Less then 24 hours later they called with my completed taxes. They were the cheapest in town with no hidden fees like Jackson Hewitt or H&R Block. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend!
As always, a personal, 100 percent professional and top notch tax service. As I have the past 5 years I will be be back again in 2022.
