They completely failed to file my taxes and didn't even inform me they never got filed. They then wanted to charge me extra money to fix their mistakes
Horrible experience, unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Had to come back twice because the first individual had no idea what she was doing and asked me to come back the next day because her manager would be in and could help. When I returned I once again got another individual that had no idea what they were doing but luckily was able to get ahold of the manager this time. Horrible customer service, do not utilize this location.

I did my tax 2 time both time I got later from IRS . The saying my tax was down wrong. And I owe money to the IRS . Liberty tax people the don’t have any knowledge how to do 1099 form . OR section C . The don’t have people have knowledge with tax . The make to many mistakes. I don’t recommend people to go to this office. You just waste you money going there .
