I like the one on one human interaction and the fact that she is a bright light in my move to Oregon. Much was discovered due to her perseverance in both my personal and business taxes. Marlena is awesome! Had issue with my taxes do to my tax circumstances had someone else do my taxes or take my money then had to try my self and had to file an amended return. Marlena got my taxes sorted out and actually got me a higher refund and was very informative and down to earth. Highly recommend I will be going to her at liberty tax for now on!!
