Beatrice was very polite and professional. When I came in for an appointment she was trying to help a very unruly client. She was yelled at and cussed at over such a minor trivial thing but she held herself in such a friendly and professional manner. I would've quit on the spot so she definitely deserves a shout out and raise too.
