I had my 2021 taxes done here and liberty tax made a mistake on my tax return. The Dept of Revenue sent me a bill for not paying enough taxes. When I showed the tax accountant she tried to blame me for her mistake and told me that I'm responsible for the penalty and fees. I have emails to prove this. She was very very rude and apparently not great at doing tax returns. It's now 2025 and finally resolved, what a headache. Never again!
