The people I worked with were fantastic, however the experience has been terrible. I has Liberty do my mother's taxes as she is deceased and I did not want any issues. Issues arise, IRS sends me a letter, liberty tells me "nothing we can do". So if you want to waste $230 and deal with the issues yourself go with Liberty, if not go elsewhere. They have also refused my request for a refund. A lot was promised, nothing was delivered.
