We showed up for our appointment and no one showed up. We scheduled the appointment more than two weeks in advance. Then was told after someone finally called that a person to prepare taxes was not available for the day scheduled. Both women who called were rude about the situation.
Good and quick
I have used them for years but totally disappointed in the customer service this year. I won't be back.
