Used them last 5yrs & last yr ‘24 filing was worst, charged same as professional CPA’s stating due to all the forms & wouldn’t allow mileage as 80% if income was 1099. Though previous yrs allowed it due to a small amount. Owner was on the side guiding person doing them as she was not an accountant & owner seemed moody, irritable, possibly projecting personal difficulties on clients. Also shamed for all the 1099 forms & not having my child depo to claim. Very unprofessional. Lost my business.

This is our first time using a tax preparation service.Connie was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.She knew all the new tax rules. Connie answered our questions and took as much time as we needed.After preparing our tax return ourselves for 60 years which was stressful this was so easy. We highly recommend Connie and will see her next year.
