I have been filing with liberty tax for years. I have always got the easy advance every year. Which has always been paid back from my federal return. I’ve been checking my state refund and it showed a deposit date. Never showed up in my account on that date. After calling to figure it out, liberty tells me the whole state refund went to fees and paying back the easy advance because state came before federal.
