This was my fourth year going to get my taxes done by Liz! Every year I requested direct deposit however this year she messed up my routing number and added an extra number at the end of my routing account which made the transaction take a lot longer I was supposed to get my taxes by the end of February I ended up getting it 3 days ago...and I called multiple times to tell her she messed up and to give me a call back she never took the time to call me back her receptionist kept going back and forth with me and she clearly ha... read more
