I've been coming to Liberty Tax Service since 2011 and noticed the prices are more expensive but hoping things are better next year.
Service was great. Had a great talker with the staff working there
I am very satisfied with the service. We called liberty tax as we got a levy notice from IRS even though we paid the amount and filed amendment and it happened over the weekend. As our tax consultant was not reachable and not knowing what to do we called this branch in a hope that someone will answer as the levy notice gave the deadline as Monday. Debbi immediately scheduled an appointment for Monday and asked us to come to the office and gave us some assurance that it will be fine. She called IRS on Monday and explained eve... read more
Honestly, I was nervous going in. After hearing people say how they owe the IRS thousands of dollars. It ended up being so easy and I am actually getting something back. God bless 🗽 tax.
