Extremely poor service and policies.
Thomas Davis is THE person that made sense of my complicated taxes. He worked on my file for weeks and did absolutely everything to make sure it was done correctly. All the stress and worry about having this done right never existed for me, because from day one, I felt Tom was on my side and seeking my best interest in filing. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Did I mention he knows his stuff? I felt privileged to work with him. Without question, I’ll be back next year.
