I used to go to liberty tax on Boulder Hwy, in Henderson when Cheryl & Frank worked there, I am very sorry to hear that Cheryl has passed away, and Frank has retired, they always did a great job for me and my wife, so I did call the new liberty tax before I went over there and was told over the phone the price to do me and my wife taxes would be around $300.00 and when we pick up our taxes it was $500.00 and this year I am retired on social security and my wife still works but we have always got money back each year, my wife... read more
Extremely poor service and policies.
Thomas Davis is THE person that made sense of my complicated taxes. He worked on my file for weeks and did absolutely everything to make sure it was done correctly. All the stress and worry about having this done right never existed for me, because from day one, I felt Tom was on my side and seeking my best interest in filing. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Did I mention he knows his stuff? I felt privileged to work with him. Without question, I’ll be back next year.
Since we started coming here last year Linda has been great and very helpful. Great experience!
