After all the great reviews we thought we'd give Liberty tax a try. Had an appointment at 4pm on 3/4/26 with Kimberly. Arrived at 3:50pm. Door locked. Waited till 4:10pm outside their door. They were a no call/no show. Still have never heard anything from them about that. Very unprofessional. Will never deal with Liberty tax again.
