I normally have a great experience because the owner usually does my taxes; however, this year someone else did it and it delayed the process for me receiving my refund for VA because my primary address was changed when it should not have been which prompted VA Treasury to request for me to prove my identity. I did that and while the refund is coming it’s only coming via check which takes 10 days instead of what I requested which was direct deposit. It’s also lower than what was expected.
