They basically took my tax refund. I was told I could pay with part refund and the rest out of pocket. Then when I returned to finish the process the lady had NO CLUE how to do it.....I'm never doing business here again
Honestly amazing work from Ashley P.!! She stayed late bc i wasnt available to come in the next couple of days to get my taxes done she recommenced me to leave my w2s and come back. Extremely grateful for her and definitely coming back next year!!!
