I will put it out here the people that were helping me were not tax professionals. I went there to do my taxes and they did do them but they made no attempt at seeing if I qualified for any deductions. They didn’t even make an attempt to help fix taxes I paid last year as I paid tax on something that was not taxable. So I will be sticking to turbo tax as it is cheaper and will check to see if you qualify for any deductions. Also they charge way to much for the work they do.
Charges way to much this year I did my taxes with them and they are charging 800 dollars for a simple W2 thats way to much money last year they charged 500 it jumped 300 dollars from last year to this year I will not be doing my taxes with them again
Website says they're open you go by their office they are closed you call the phone numbers on the door and on the website you're not able to get through not a good way to do business
Been with liberty tax for years, never had a problem, ladies are always professional.
