Dropped off my tax information April 15th, still haven't heard back from them. Called and emailed numerous times with no reaponse what so ever! With my work schedule and their off season tax hrs it has been a struggle to get to their office. Receptionist took all my info, let me know they would be filing an extension for me and that they would be in contact with me as soon as my taxes were ready. Its been almost 3mos. So I went in to get my taxes done with dependents and found out I couldn’t claim any of the kids because it wasn’t my year. Cool. I’m like, “ I still could claim my gf’s niece being as I helped take care of this girl and was given permission from the guardian of her and was told because I’m not blood related I could never claim her.” I’m like, “What? Made an appointment for 5 weeks ago. Went in and woman at front desk was very frazzled and said she couldn't find my appointment but to sit down and someone would be right with me. Waited 30 plus minutes while her and another female talked amongst themselves about the weather, while putting calls on hold and forgetting about them. Finally I was called back.
