Very horrible customer service. Needs to learn how to talk to his clients respectfully. Me and my wife filed taxes with him 2019 and 2020. Found out in 2023 he had made an omission on our taxes from 2020. Went to his office to ask him to file an amendment to fix his error and he practically kicked me out of his office because I didn't have the letter from IRS with me. He said I accused him wrongly of making a mistake on the filing. I went back the next day with the letter and he realized he did make a mistake on the filings ... read more
