Disappointed with this service. I scheduled our appointment and uploaded all required tax documents. When we arrived for our appointment, we were delayed for more than 45 minutes as our tax assistant was with another customer. After running through our tax preparation, we had to schedule a return for a later day for issues found in our return. After a second appointment, our return was filed.
