Was never asked any questions. Didn't even know my taxes were even being filed yet snd all yhe sudden the lady told me I owed her 400 dollars for the service and I owed the irs Went down the street to jackson Hewitt and got it done for a fraction of the price and actually was asked questions about my situation. And can you believe it? The lady at liberty got my taxes wrong because she never asked for my mortgage or school information. Will never go back here and going to warn everyone i know to follow suit.
