Just found out they misinformed me last year. You told us we couldn’t claim our money spent on gas and had to have mileage. Turns out you can use both. Smdh. Never again.
I don't remember her name but she was very helpful and got me taken care of very quickly at the Hefner location offered me water and snacks and gave me a card it was my second time doing it through Liberty Tax and my first at this location.
The services that are provided are not worth your payment TurboTax has free to file service Jackson Hewitt it is completely free at the library and they are way better... And they don't talk about you behind your back soon as you walk out the door. I would recommend going anywhere else but liberty
