We had the privilege of meeting a special Tax Professional named Charlene. She is very knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money! We came 2 weeks in a row so she could amend 3 years of my daughter's taxes! Because the last preparers did not ask the right questions my daughter is now receiving a lot of money in return!!! This is our third year with Liberty Tax, and it is always a great experience!
Proceed with caution if you decide to get your taxes done at Liberty Tax. If I could leave a 0 star I would. This place costed me thousands and a lien on my home due to their carelessness and incompetence. I have had several issues with Scott and a few of his tax preparers. I worked with 2 of his preparers. The first caused many problems for clients besides myself that went here and had to be corrected by another preparer.
