Made an appointment and sat waiting for 2 hours while they called everyone else's name who hadnt made an appointment. A lady had already been here for 2 1/2 hours before I got here and it was going on 4 hours before I spoke up on her behalf. The most worthless and unprofessional liberty tax iv been to in 20 years
