I had horrible experience with Krystal. It brought me tremendous amount of stress in my life. I had a tax return for MO state and it give me 15 days to get it done or I will face penalties. She told me to get all the documents she need and I sent it to her as soon as possible. After I sent her all the documents she just completely stopped answering my calls and emails. I had a great experience. From the time I was greeted when I arrived up the time I was leaving.. Very Professional but yet easy to talk to and understand.
