I decided on Liberty tax and Sheena was a,pleasant surprise for me. She is extremely knowledgeable. My turnaround time was 48 hours and she did an excellent job. I will continue taking my taxes to her.
Terrible customer service!!! The lady in was on her phone the whole time, barely looked at my documents! I mean if you are getting paid for a service as important as TAXES the minimum is to put your phone away for a minute. 100% do not recommend
