I got my taxes done and they helped me even with my expired ID
If I could give 0 stars I would: I had a 9am appointment on Saturday, arrived to the office at 8:55, and noticed a note on the door that said they were closed for the day and to go to a different location. I called the number on the note, and was told that my appointment would be honored, and that I would have an agent ready when I arrived. I arrived to the new location (20 minutes away), only to see that the door is locked and nobody is inside.
