Ok so I filed my taxes on tax day the last day 4/15 and didn’t realize there was a pin to access my account so I had to contact IRD but I got the pin in about two days I have been calling Liberty since then, I’ve called corporate and nobody could help me it is almost July and still not calls or given any suggestions…I was told another branch couldn’t fix them so I’ve been waiting just to simply give them the pin so my taxes could be done… please help
