Vanessa, the Tax preparer, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was thorough in reviewing all of the documents I provided, and she addressed my concerns with clarification.
Flabbergasted! Made an appointment and everything and they had me sitting there for an hour. Still didn't get seen.
Waste of time. Made an appointment for 6pm. Showed up early. By 6:50pm still hadn't been seen. Left without getting anything done.
