Been going here for years now! Shawn is the best tax preparer around Only problem I have is getting the hours of operation not sure of those I'll jus call until someone answers Shawn's worth the wait
I have been a loyal customer since liberty opened their doors 20yrs. Ago. Dale was my preparer then. Never had a complaint never left unhappy till this year 2023! Not sure why this location is no longer open 5 days a week during the busy tax season? Only 3 days a week and 4 hours each day so trying to get something done is ridiculous now. This year has been the lowest I have ever gotten back I mean in the 1500 range! And still Liberty charged me 800$! That's more than the 700$ last year and I got way less than I ever have!
