My experience with Jordan has been great. He is driven, professional, and very personable. He does lots of volunteer work with charities in town and is always thinking about local non-profits and how to help them continue making an impact in the community. Jordan and Liberty Tax are a no brainer for those looking for tax services in Omaha.
Angel was amazing to work with for our taxes this year! She took the time to explain and walk us through all our questions and made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend her and will be going back to her next year!
I was unhappy with the service.They didn't ask me any questions or seem at all interested in doing a good job. They just took the papers I brought and said we'll get back to you when it's done. I have no idea if there was anything I should have and that I didn't. If you completely know what you are doing, and have no questions or don't want any information offered at all, you might go there, but if that is the case, you already know everything, then I would suggest you save the fee they charge you, and just use Turbo tax.
I love this Liberty Tax!! I have been getting my taxes done here for years and they are always very friendly, thorough, and quick. Jordan has helped me the last few years and he’s wonderful! Highly recommend this place!
Angel was spectacular and made the process 1000% more simple fast and smooth process. Staff is like family.
